Dura-Grip Rubber Paving vs Replacing Concrete
Our Rubber Paving is recycled tire crumb and urethane mixed together and is applied to create a flat. flexible, durable and aesthetically pleasing surface with its many colour adaptations. The rubber crumb is created by grinding up old tires plus removing all the tire lining and cables. Edmonton has one of the best, most effective plants for creating consistent quality rubber crumb. Since tires are flexible in nature and urethane is a scientifically made to remain flexible for ever, the combination of the crumb and urethane create a product, Rubber Paving, which is very flexible while being very durable. Disruptions fixing concrete

Snow Removal

The surface is textured but flat, so is easy to shovel, especially since the snow does not stick. A leaf blower works effectively.

Frost heaves

The rubber paving allows the water to dissipate evenly into the ground, thereby minimizing any heaving. Minor heaving is absorbed by the flexibility of the rubber surface.

Concrete being solid and rigid creates pooling of water beneath and the resultant heaves create the cracks and unevenness.
